Dear photo booth participant,

We are very grateful that you have agreed to participate in our art
exhibition and book project, provisionally titled, The Photo Booth Chronicles.

By signing below, you agree to the recording of your image and voice,
(in the form of photo booth pictures and the interview questions that you
answer in writing) and that you cede all the necessary rights for the
reproduction, exhibition, broadcast, marketing, and sale of the recording,
with no temporal or geographical limits, by all means and on all media
(whether available today or invented in the future), and without any obligations
on our part to you.

We reserve the right to edit your image and your interview according
to our project vision, and are not obliged to include any or all of it in any resulting program.
