Wonder Spotting is a month-long community practice devoted to noticing beauty, goodness, delight, and awe in everyday life.
Together, we’ll slow down, pay attention, and collect evidence that the world is still full of wonder.
Using a beautifully designed field journal, a handful of guiding questions, and a community of fellow wonder spotters, you’ll cultivate a simple but powerful habit: noticing what is already here.
Not to ignore what’s difficult. Not to look away from reality. But to widen the lens.
We start on the first day of summer – Monday, June 22nd!
How Wonder Spotting Works
Before we begin, you’ll receive your digital Wonder Spotting Field Journal—a beautiful companion designed to help you collect and reflect on the goodness you encounter along the way.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be invited to live inside a simple question:
What goodness have you noticed today?
Inside our private community, you’ll have the opportunity to share your discoveries, witness what others are noticing, and participate in a collective practice of paying attention.
Each week, I will offer a short reflection, conversation, or invitation to deepen the experience.
That’s it.
- No complicated assignments.
- No daily lessons to keep up with.
- No pressure to participate perfectly.
- Simply notice.
- Record what you find.
- Share if you wish.
- Begin again tomorrow.
Imagine this…
Hundreds of us scattered across different cities, towns, and countries noticing goodness.
- A hummingbird hovering outside someone’s kitchen window.
- An elderly couple holding hands as they cross the street.
- The scent of jasmine drifting through the evening air.
- A flower growing through a crack in the sidewalk.
- A stranger paying for someone else’s coffee.
- A rainbow appearing after days of rain.
- A handwritten note tucked into a lunchbox.
- A crow carrying a bright pink ribbon.
- The way the late afternoon light lands on a bedroom wall.
- A moment of courage.
- A burst of laughter.
- A perfectly ripe peach.
For one month, we’ll gather these discoveries together.
We’ll practice paying attention to beauty, goodness, delight, awe, and the small moments that remind us what it means to be alive.
