How It Works
Clarity + Confidence 2-day Intensive
Wed/Thurs, Jan 25/26, 10am – 2pm PST
We’ll spend two half days together via Zoom on Wed Jan 25th and Thurs Jan 26th, 2023.
By the end of the intensive, you will know what your offering will be (its name, its essence).
Even better? You’ll understand why YOU are the exact right person to offer it. Intentions will be set, community will be made, limiting beliefs will be worked through, and fireworks will go off inside your heart. You’ll feel clear, confident, and inspired to spend the next several weeks birthing your offering.
Weekly Live Sessions
Live classes every Wed, 10am – 12pm PST
• Engaging, inspiring, and informative weekly live video sessions on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm PST.
• Weekly sessions will be experiential. On every live Zoom call, we will take on another piece of the puzzle, and guide you through a process in real time so that you come away with a completed piece of the process.
• Between sessions, you’ll have ample time to continue working on your project with clear, actionable steps. No hustling, fast-paced expectations here. One small step at a time.
Weekly Office Hours
Live Office Hours every Thurs, 10am – 11am PST
In Addition to our weekly classes, we’ll have weekly Office Hours on Thursdays, from 10am – 11am PST. Bring your questions/concerns/fears, and we’ll work through them, together.

Sales Page + Naming Course
We’ll take you through all the steps of creating a compelling sales page that your audience won’t be able to resist. You’ll be surprised at how joyful writing a sales page can be, like writing a love letter to your peeps. By the end of this week, you’ll have a sales page with a “Coming Soon” call to action on your website.
WEEK 3:
Wednesday, Feb 8th, 10am – 12pm PST
Curriculum mapping
We’ll walk you through what makes a compelling and engaging course while guiding you to create a thorough outline of all you want to cover in your offering. By the end of this week, you’ll have a clear map of your content and how best to walk your students through all that you have to share.
WEEK 4:
Wednesday, February 15th, 10am – 12pm PST
Format + Delivery options
We’ll help you determine how to deliver your content that works for YOUR personality. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, whether you love videos or written lessons or live discussions, we’ll help you find a format that feels just right for you. We’ll walk you through all the options, including types of courses, platforms, and tech solutions. At the end of this week, you’ll feel excited to start plugging your content into whatever delivery method you’ve chosen.
WEEK 5:
Wednesday, Feb 22nd, 10am – 12pm PST
Content Creation & Tech Solutions
In the spirit of ease, we’re devoting a couple of weeks to plugging in your content into the format you’ve chosen. We will encourage accountability and community for this phase so that you’ll stay on track! We’ll also share all our ease-filled tech solutions when it comes to creating videos, graphics, and everything else you might want to include in your course.
WEEK 6:
Wednesday, March 1st, 10am – 12pm PST
Pricing for worthiness + Launching Part 1
We believe in pricing for worthiness, and we’ll help you price your offering accordingly. We’ll also walk you through all the things to consider, including how to take payment, if you should offer payment installments, and more. By the end of this week, you’ll have a heart-led pricing method that you can use for all of your offerings, not just online courses.
WEEK 7:
Wednesday, March 8th, 10am – 12pm PST
Launching & Marketing Part 2
We’ll walk you through an amazing menu of ideas for reaching your ideal community – the people you’d LOVE to work with. You’ll be encouraged to pick a few options that feel just right for YOU and your personality and run with them. By the end of this week, you’ll be surprised at the amount of people you already have access to, and some beautiful ways to make your course irresistible to them. You don’t need a large following or list, we promise.
WEEK 8:
Wednesday, March 15th, 10am – 12pm PST
Celebration
We believe in celebrating. And no program would be complete without a little graduation ceremony! You’ll get to announce/share your offering with everyone in the workshop (and likely get several signups!)
About Your Guides
Kelly Rae Roberts
I’m an artist, author, entrepreneur, mother. I’m also a social worker (MSW) and practiced as a clinical medical social worker for years before I began making art.
I’ve been running my business since 2006, and it just keeps getting better.
When it comes to online offerings, I’ve successfully launched signature ecourses, mini-ecourses, subscriptions, memberships, virtual coaching circles, ebooks, and more. Many of them have generated six-figure revenue!

What if I can't make all the sessions? Do I HAVE to attend them or can I watch the recordings?
No worries!
Every single thing is recorded so you can access it anytime, whenever you’d like. So, if you can’t make a LIVE session, its recording will be available in our classroom within 24 hours.
Don’t love attending LIVE sessions and prefer to watch sessions on your own time? Permission granted to skip all the LIVE sessions if it’s not your thing. You can self-pace your way through the recordings and still have access to all the support you may need via email until Nov 3rd.
Do I have to have an existing business/website to take this course?
All businesses start with an idea. With that in mind, all you need is an idea of something you’d like to teach or share with the world. If you don’t currently have your own business or website, that’s ok. This course will help you distill your idea into an online offering that could jumpstart your business.
When it comes to a website, it’s ideal if you have one, but not a dealbreaker. You can sell a course from a third party teaching platform, social media, from a mailing list, from clients you see in person, etc. There are lots of ways to do this!
What if I don't know exactly what I want to teach?
We believe everyone has something valuable to share and teach. We will help you explore what you do naturally, what delights you, where your expertise and gifts live so that “what could I possibly teach?” becomes “I have so much to share, where to start!”

What if I fall behind?
Falling behind is a-okay in our book! We recommend just jumping right into the current lesson and material for that week. You can reach out to us for support and get back on track anytime during the course.
Wait, when are the Q + A sessions?
Every Thursday from 10am PST -11am PST.
Do I need to be tech savvy to do this course?
With any new learning adventure, there will be a learning curve to go with it! We are here to help make this process much more easeful. You can create your offering to align with your skills and your comfort level with technology.
For example, if you are overwhelmed by fancy tech, you can have your offering be a series of zoom calls without a classroom at all. We will help you get clear on all these questions.
How long can I access the content?
You will have access to the content of our program indefinitely!
Will there be a Facebook Group?
No, however, if you want extra accountability, we’ll match you up with a buddy in the program.
How much time will I need to devote each week?
Class each Thursday will be 2 hours. We will also have optional office hours every week. The amount of time each week will vary from person to person (and will depend on the amount of content you have) but an estimate would be about 4 or 5 hours a week.
What if I can't make all the sessions? Do I HAVE to attend them or can I watch the recordings?
