Hello dear ones! I’m so excited to bring you a month of inspiring audio messages

I’ve revamped the Morning Mantras course to include a whole new (2022 Summer) collection of voice messages – all designed to help us feel more brave, powerful and at ease in our lives.

Just you, me + a cup of tea.

No assignments. No long lessons to take in. Just a short audio from me each morning to offer you some nourishment and inspiration.

What if your life could be more spacious & joyful?

Every weekday, I will be sending an audio note for you based on a mantra. If you’ve been following my #100dayproject on Instagram, you might know much I love capturing story and wisdom in short, easy to remember sayings.

Each recording will be about 5-7 minutes and will be a jumping off point for a  discussion in the classroom.

Mostly though, it’s designed to be a lovely morning ritual, a way to sit with your tea and ground in an inspiring new thought, question or perspective for the day.

Morning Mantras is designed to:

Create a practice of pivoting toward ease – so that you are consistently inclining your mind toward well-being.
Help you clear space in your calendar, in your physical space and in your relationships so that you can breathe more easily.
Cultivate self-compassion so that you are more able to be kind to yourself inside of whatever circumstances are unfolding..
Help you understand the concept of right effort so that you are hustling less and flowing more.
Create a little sanctuary in your spirit, easing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and stress.
Help you see where your perceived flaws are actually your gold.

Seeing myself with kind eyes was my favorite lesson.
