This is the coolest toilet ever. It’s made of mirrored glass but you can see out from the inside. A bit unsettling but kind of exciting!
…
Another interesting project:
Over 3000 visitors to a Washington DC arts festival picked up postcards inviting them to share a secret anonymously. During “Artomatic”, dozens of PostSecret cards with secrets written and/or illustrated on the back were received through the mail.
You can view them here.
That toliet is trippy.
Started reading the book “Make Your Creative Dreams Real” by SARK and was flipping through and saw your face! I said to my fiance, “I read her blog!” Thanks for being an inspiration.
I visit your site regularly and just want to thank you for all that you share. Your creative and positive spirit overflow and inspire.
Salut!
Oh I guess I got the wrong idea. I thought that you meant the toilet bowl was clear. And yes, I did think that was unsettling.
Happy Mardi Gras Andrea
and Happy B-Day to me..Hee hee.
BRILLIANT (on both counts)! Although I was truly riveted by the PostSecret cards…
The glass walled “potty” was a hoot!! 🙂 And I loved the annonymous nature of the secret postcards….Great links!! You always seem to find the best stuff on the net. Keep em’ coming….:)
My friend showed me a pic of that toilet just the other day and I couldn’t get over it! I can’t decide if I love it or hate it! I don’t think I could use it though, I’d feel way to anxious!
Your work is wonderful and so is your site, I spent a while here looking at everything. I really appreciated The Superhero Guide to Designing a Creative Business – thanks for sharing your knowledge.

You always have the most intriguing links, Andrea! Thanks.
What great links!
I cannot even imagine using that bathroom… of course it is on a busy street.
I feel so invasive reading people’s secrets. I think having my own is enough to weigh on my conscience.
Love the postcard project..my favorite one is about the “Jewish” diaphragm.
I enjoyed reading those postcard secrets. One or two of them actually matched mine. I know that someone else mentioned that reading other people’s secrets can kind of seem invasive, but it’s also kind of, I don’t know, “nice” to know that I’m not weird. Or maybe everyone’s weird, which makes us all normal.
I wonder if people would have less anxiety over using the toilet if the glass were the other way around. This way the person inside would only see herself/himself. From the outside …. but from the inside one would appear to be safe.
