even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome,
indescribably magnificent world in itself.”

Wow, the colours in the photo are so stunning! The leaf looks like a magic elf shoe walking on a big beige feild. Or a fairy boat! 🙂

Your post reminds me of the wonderful clip of a plastic bag floating in the wind in the movie American Beauty.
Your images have helped me open my eyes even wider to my own world.

What a beautiful quote! I’ve been trying to pay more attention to, well, attention myself, since I find that attention leads to passionate appreciation, which is one of the only ways I can get past my fears and actually write.

Beautiful image! You have a special way of being encouraging and uplifting simply by your photography alone and yetthen you add a thought to the image and I am even more blessed.

Hello, Miss A. Gorgeous photo. I was away for awhile (without an internet connection)…caught up here…looks like Hawaii was fabulous. I’ll be at Glide in a few weeks…will email you…

So true. My favorite photos to take are close-ups of tiny things or details.

  17. Jennifer

i think today i would like to appreciate myself and life in general as if i were the blade of grass/the leaf on a discarded easy chair. wouldn’t that be something…if i could look at not just myself, but others, the way i look at and understand this image. something to aim for i suppose 🙂

  18. charleigh

your photography is an inspiration & this image is no exception. the colour is amazing! love the quote too! 🙂

  19. presley

i love it because the easy chair fur is probably plastic fur, the natural/artificial combining so well here, nice! plastic garbage is beautiful.
