Hi, I’m Andrea

On this blog you’ll be learning with me how to use our voices, share our creative superpowers and live life in full color.

As an artist, photographer, life coach + mentor, I’m redefining what it means to be a SUPERHERO — ‘cause in my world, it’s got nothing to do with capes, spandex or sidekicks and everything to do with tenderness, intuition & baby steps of bravery.

  1. Viv

What a picture! It looks like the fish is posing for ya’
I love your list…I have that belly rub in my favorites for when my time comes. 😉

  2. ruby

    that is a GREAT shot!

  3. Amy

Wonderful fish picture! I have a koi tattoo on my back, so those little carp hold a special place with me.
And that artist’s journal is making me drool!

  4. amanda

i love that picture. the koi fish looks like he’s trying to tell you something you desperately need to hear! lol.

  5. Denise

those red cowboy boots are seriously the cutest… 😉

  6. nadine

I think you need to run a “Caption Contest” on this one 🙂

  7. Tiff

    Very cute.
So does this mean you are having a boy? 🙂

  8. leahpeah

    that picture is SO great!
i hope you are doing well.

  9. Jill

I LOVE koi, and I love this picture!

  10. Shelley Noble

Yipee a yay cowboy, Say, how’s about a Super Hero Baby Shower Wishlist list or paypal pool thing so your readers could chip in as able to bestow all the delights you’d really love to have for this new special person? Someone of us must know how to rig up such a thing? Does Amazon already have a mechanism for something like this, but ideally in a pool format? Hmm.

    That is frikin adorable!
Does this mean a little prince is on the way???

  12. Molly Merrick

I have that artists journal, I think it’s gorgeous… the one problem is that it’s so thick that you can never really open it flat for easy art making.

  13. Anali

Wow! I must say I never even thought about fish having tonsils. And those baby boots are precious! My friend is due in November and that would be a great gift! Thank you!

  14. Teri

Yes, Caldrea is the bomb isn’t it? If you *must* clean….

  15. Di

This was a delicious wee post found on my European Sunday morning 🙂 thanks.

  16. carolb

That is a great shot! Nicely done.

  17. pixie

i agree, an amazon wish list is a must. w cook has one posted at her site, so we know it can be done, mama. get on it! we bought miles a comparable pair of suedey cowboy booties, but that child’s feet are so chubby. we call it the little pad of meat atop his foot…juicy foot meats…he was never able to wear them. *sigh* i am keeping them for baby number 2, perhaps he or she will be of slimmer footsies. if not, they’ll be in your box for baby 2.

  18. Joanne

    How fabulous is that photo???!!!!!!

  19. Talia

oliebollen happen to be among my favorite dutch treat. literally translated to Oil Balls. the entire month of december and part of january on nearly every block in amsterdam has a food truck, like a taco truck, set up where fried dough balls are served. you can get them plain or with currants, and powdered with sugar. i LOVE oliebollen season. and it loves me.

  20. Anu

i don’t think anything prevents stretch marks, it just depends on your genetic predisposition to them. If you do get them, wear them as a badge of pride 🙂

  21. Jen Jen

This photo is amazing!! Really Really Amazing!! I love it!!

  22. cathy

Boy, those are cute links. What cute cowboy booties! If my kids weren’t teens, I’d get some.

  23. victoria winters

Hee hee. Love the mini cowboy boots. And the fish coming up for a kiss is great!

  24. Alex

I agree with what you said earlier.
