   love love love Costanoa! Do you guys camp? The last time we were there, we stayed in the tent cabins. They were deliciously warm with heated blankets…

   just want to stop and say “hi”. I was at the bookstore perusing today and saw the shutter sisters book on one of the shelves. The first page I opened it too was a picture of your hubby laying on the couch with Ben standing on the back of it. It made me smile 🙂 I’ve been visiting your blog since before Ben was born. Your photos and quotes have always been a delight and source of creativity for me! Just wanted to send some props! I’m jealous of the beach vacay btw. We’re supposed to get 6-10 more inches of snow by wed. {sigh}

   I know, it’s hard not to gloat when so much of the world is living in temperatures 100 degrees lower than ours! Beach vacations are so healing. We had one a month ago.

    umm. so unfair. gasp. 😉
    we are currently at -7 c. but that said we also live 5 mins from a ski hill
    redresort.com
    And well, we can almost go cross country skiing from our front door as well.
    And in the spring and summer we stay in shape by trying to evade the local bears (joking, sort of).
