CSP #6: A tribute to Amy Krouse Rosenthal: Make the most of your time here.

You likely saw her piece in the NYtimes Modern Love this week entitled You May Want to Marry My Husband. It’s heartbreaking and beautiful and if you haven’t read it, please do so that you can have this window into her gorgeous heart.

This is an interview I recorded about 10 years ago, when I thought I had all the time in the world to continue to get to know Amy and celebrate her work. It is with great love and admiration that I bring you this little time capsule of an episode. It is one tiny thing I can do to honor her magic!

Amy Krouse Rosenthal
is a person who likes to make things. She is a contributor to the TED conference and NPR. Her 30+ books for children include Little Pea, Uni the Unicorn, I Wish You More, Exclamation Mark, Spoon, Chopsticks, Duck! Rabbit!, Yes Day, The OK Book, The Wonder Book, Cookies: Bite-Size Life Lessons, Plant a Kiss, and Wumbers.

As for her adult work, Amazon named Encyclopedia of an Ordinary Life one of the top 10 memoirs of the decade.  A guided journal based on this book was recently released, titled Encyclopedia of Me: My Life from A-Z.  Some of her other bestselling guided journals include The Belly Book, The Bride-to-be-Book, My Birthday Book and The Big Sibling Book.

Her viral videos include The Beckoning of Lovely, The Money Tree, The Kindness Thought Bubble, and Life is a Marathon.
