   Thank you for posting this. This song takes me back to summers at Girl Scout Camp when I sang this with my fellow Girl Scouts at the mess hall before dinner. (and yes, I’m totally crying right now)

   this is one of my favs. i need to find this cd. think it is in the studio somewhere! i am singing along and outloud. we used sing this at family camp around the fire.

   You are such an angel! Thank you for sharing this. I walked down the isle to this song in October of 1998 as it was played by an amazing string trio from Marin. This song marks my formative years and my wedding day!! I treasure this video w/ these precious, beautiful children. I love that little girl in the back w/ the pony tail and all the movement and gestures. Thank you. I’m in tears thinking about all that, that song means to me and how beautiful those little ones are. It just makes me want to be a teacher!

    See I thought that the courtesy wave (i.e. from a car driver, bicyclist, pedestrian)would bring world peace, but now I think it must be the combination of the courtesy wave, these stunning children and the teacher that will do it.
    I weep.

    And… such timing. I’d never heard this song before but was just talking with my son today about how many summers I’ve seen (36) and how my 36th winter is coming up. Been thinking about this for a couple of days now – my life in seasons & of course, those Mondo Beyondo dreams – not just the ones I have now, but the ones I had in previous years when I was very little, and then bigger, and so on. In some cases I am finding that the spark, my spark, is in the earliest dreams and that this energy/spark/old stuff I brought to my dreams and life feels true and helpful to me now (I just forgot it was there and still belonged to me, you know?).

    Thank you so much for bringing this video in front of my eyes! My mom’s group friend Rachael just met Joni Mitchell and this video has totally inspired me to teach The Circle Game to my kids. Love the faces of these schoolchildren!

    have you watched the other ps 22 videos? they are equally stunning.
    I adore the girl in the orange tee shirt at the back of the soprano section. awesome. 🙂
