Brave thought Andrea. What you suggest is true but very difficult to openly and wholeheartedly achieve. Showing imperfection means allowing vulnerability and being vulnerable can lead to being hurt.
I needed to hear this. Why is it so hard for me to swallow? Letting go of the notion of perfect is a tough one for me. Work in progress…yes, yes.
