Arg, that’s exactly how I feel about my younger child (age 17 months). She has me wrapped around her little finger.
OMG. I die. Die.
Wow, that reminded me of the night we brought our daughter home from the hospital. I was laying in bed with her that night, she was so small, this tiny creature that was breastfeeding in the crook of my arm. I said that to her. “Anything you want, I will give it to you. Even if it means I have to break myself in two, I will do it.” It was such a powerful experience. She’s 14.5 months now and she still hits me like that. The first real kiss she gave me, “oh anything, anything, darling mine.”
