Self-care isn’t just bubble baths + mani-pedis.
Listen in as I chat with Lisa Byrne about self care for mamas. The real kind. The practice of self-care. Enjoy!
“How do I craft my life so I can show up in the best ways possible? It’s a practice. And what I mean by a practice, is that it’s something that you keep showing up to. By showing up to it, it’s actually changing who you are becoming.” Lisa Byrne

Ah….Andrea, it so often seems like your posts are coming out of my own heart. Maybe we have the same guardian angel or something! 😀 I have to share this to you and all ladies who are in need of more self care. My husband and my two boys (1.5 and 2.5) have been at the family cabin with my in-laws for 3 days now, coming home tonight. I have been able to reconnect with myself in an amazing way, that I would not be able to do with my little ones (and husband) around. I was literally trembling when they left because I could not believe I had just received the GIFT of TIME for myself. Find time for yourself. It is not selfish it is VITAL for your happy positive, radiant self to exist among others!!!
Yeah bookmaking this wasn’t a speculative determination great post! .
