I know. I know. It’s hard to believe. There is another rainbow behind my house. It must be because I just bought my new camera and the battery is getting all juiced up!

you speak a language with your photographs, and this is your tongue, the curve of lips, your mouth.
i’m having evil voices myself these days, with the same thoughts of a camera. can i afford it, do i deserve it, and these voices go on and on and on inside.
but every now and then, we just have to say yes.
because that’s the beauty of it all.
I dont think you need anyone to tell you that it’s okay to buy a camera. You know that already because your picture of the rainbow proves that it was worth it.
I havent even looked at digital cameras.. I am an old manual camera holdout.. I am afraid that I wont have the control with them. but thats just me.

congrats on the camera! i’ve been eyeing the digital SLRs as well ever since i saw some beautiful pictures posted on the web. i’m holding back for now since my canon g3 is pretty new, but somehere down the line i’ll be headed over to amazon to place my order. in the meantime, i’ll continue to enjoy the digital SLR pics i see, looking forward to yours!
